Hello Doctor, due to work requirements, I have been staying up late recently, up to 1-2AM. Therefore, apart from dinner I also took supper, usually with noodle to “fight the hunger”. These days my face has been full of pimples, my coworkers said that because I ate supper with noodle and it caused heating. Is that correct? Please give me the advice.
Doctor Luong Le Hoang:
Hello,
If instant noodles are the only reason for pimples among adults, for ACECOOK products only, with nearly 3 billion noodle packs per year, should everyone in our country have pimples too?
Pimples among adults are connected with some factors that have been verified by many researches using objective and experimental criteria. Those are hormone disorder, staying up late, abuse of beer, wine and cigarettes and the top reason in recent time is: Stress!
Why should we blame instant noodles while other people also eat late but never have pimples?!

Hello Doctor Hoang, I’m 24 this year and every day I take one instant noodle pack for breakfast, is that good? I heard that eating noodles is very hot and as I often have pharyngitis and tonsillitis, would frequent noodle consumption affect my health?
Doctor Luong Le Hoang:
If you still have your appetite, you should continue to eat as the appetite is more important than the meal ingredients. To optimize the function of “morning recharge by instant noodle” you should have various ingredients, for example add fresh meat and vegetable in the noodle bowl, add a glass of juice or yogurt as dessert.
For people suffering from pharyngitis and tonsillitis, instant noodles are not the culprit. You should be careful not to eat too quickly with too hot noodle. The feeling of “heating” often comes from other reasons, for example, not drinking enough water, hormone disorder, especially thyroid dysfunction.
