ACECOOK VIETNAM ORGANIZES JAPAN SIGHSEEING TOUR FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WORK WITH THE COMPANY FOR 20 YEARS 

From 5~11th April 2017, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company organized Japan sightseeing tour for 22 members who have worked with the company for 20 years. During the trip, everyone enjoyed romantic scenery of beautiful cherry blossom season, contemplated famous and gorgeous sceneries of the sunrise country and visited Acecook Japan – parent company of Acecook Vietnam.

Acecook has been in Vietnam for more than 23 years and now is the leading company in instant food industry. This developed achievement has a part of big and importation contribution of all employees in the company. Therefore, since 2015 the company has organized Japan sightseeing tour for all employees who have seniority of 20 years, it same as a thankful word for companions who devote their life to Acecook Vietnam. Among them, there are many employees who are worker in the factory, driver, accountant, mechanical and electrical engineer, warehouse employee… They worked in the company form the first day of building the factory and worked together as a family under Acecook Vietnam house. One member of the delegation said “If I were to live again, I would have a life like that, as working at Acecook Vietnam during the past 20 years”

Currently, Acecook Vietnam has more than 5,000 employees working in 10 factories and 7 branches throughout Vietnam. Employee’s average seniority is 5-8 years and until 2017 the number of people who work over 20 years, is about 66 people.
