ACECOOK VIETNAM AT THE 19TH “HOI AN – JAPAN CULTURAL EXCHANGE” EVENT

Commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan (1973 – 2023), Acecook Vietnam presented a unique cultural and culinary space at the 19th “Hoi An – Japan Cultural Exchange” event, held in the heart of Hoi An Ancient Town from August 4-6, 2023.

Throughout the 3-day event, Acecook Vietnam introduced to domestic and international visitors its leading noodle products featuring “Japanese technology – Vietnamese flavor.” The delicious, palatable noodle flavors combined with a series of engaging activities at the booth delighted many visitors, who eagerly waited for their turn to participate.

Everyone was also very excited about the “Giant Chopsticks Noodle Challenge.” In particular, foreign tourists enthusiastically played the game and expressed their excitement to try their hand at “using chopsticks” – a fun activity in Vietnamese culture.

Domestic and international visitors also had the opportunity to capture memorable moments together at the “Land of Cherry Blossoms in the Heart of Hoi An” check-in wall and hang their dreams on the “Wishing Bamboo Tree” at the Acecook Vietnam booth. Wishes for happiness, healthy families, peace, stable jobs… were conveyed here.

In addition, on the morning of August 6, at the Japanese Covered Bridge (Chua Cau), Acecook Vietnam also collaborated with the city’s Culture, Sports, and Radio & Television Center to organize the program “Hoi An Children’s Painting with Japanese Culture” and “My Dream Noodle Cup.” Here, children were guided to draw pictures on the theme of “Future Dreams” on recycled paper cups and received valuable gifts from Acecook Vietnam.

The My Dream Noodle Cup activity created a useful playground for Hoi An children during the summer vacation.

The Cosplay Competition stage was energized with the Siukay Challenge.

Hoi An Ancient Town is known as one of the origin places for the relationship between Japan and Vietnam more than 400 years ago with busy trade relations. It is hoped that the series of exciting events from Acecook Vietnam has contributed to promoting the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan in general, as well as Japan and Hoi An in particular.
