ACECOOK VIETNAM CONTINUES ITS PARTNERSHIP WITH PHO DAY 2023

Acecook Vietnam partnered with Tuoi Tre Newspaper on a journey to honor Vietnamese Pho this past December.

As a strong affirmation of its love for Vietnamese Pho, Acecook Vietnam has just continued its 7-year journey with Pho Day (December 12), this year under the theme “Let’s Eat De Nhat Pho Together – Honoring Vietnamese Cuisine.”

Joining Tuoi Tre Newspaper at the “Pho for Highland Children 2023” event, organized to celebrate Pho Day on December 12, Acecook Vietnam, along with traditional Pho restaurants, served nearly 11,000 “full-topping” bowls of Pho. The goal was to provide an authentic and nutritious Pho experience for disadvantaged children in highland areas, who rarely have the opportunity to enjoy it.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Duc Man, a representative of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, said: “I am very happy to be here today for the 7th Pho Day on December 12, an event bringing Pho to highland children, held for the first time in Da Lat.”

According to Mr. Man, Pho is the soul of Vietnamese cuisine, and it would be wonderful if one day everyone in the world could enjoy Vietnamese Pho.

“But before that, we wish for every Vietnamese person to have the chance to know and enjoy this special dish. And activities like bringing Pho to highland children today are extremely meaningful and help make that dream a reality,” Mr. Man stated.

In addition to serving Pho, Acecook Vietnam also brought more than 500 gifts to the event, sponsored the “0-Dong Market,” and hosted a free noodle-grabbing minigame, bringing fun and excitement to the children and attendees.

At Acecook Vietnam’s two booths, the children lined up neatly, enjoying hot bowls of Pho while playing games to win prizes to take home. The joy these children experienced from these culinary activities is precisely what Acecook aims for in its partnership with “Pho Day.”

This new flavor captures the distinct, fragrant aroma of beef stir-fried with ginger and garlic, a true Hanoi delicacy.
