Acecook Vietnam Creates a Fusion of Vietnamese and Japanese Cuisine at the 9th Japan Vietnam Festival

On March 9-10, 2024, Acecook Vietnam once again made its mark at the 9th Japan Vietnam Festival, one of the largest Vietnamese-Japanese cultural exchange events in Vietnam. This year, the festival attracted nearly 428,000 visitors over two days.

As a leading noodle brand from Japan, Acecook introduced the diversity of Vietnamese-style noodles and Japanese ramen to hundreds of thousands of customers through an engaging space of cuisine, culture, and entertainment.

Noodles Land – A Taste of Vietnamese-Style Noodles and Japanese Ramen from the Acecook Noodle Station

Here, customers enjoyed delicious, hot noodle dishes from the Acecook Noodle Station’s special menu and participated in many unique activities.

Visitors to Noodles Land had a wide array of tasty noodle options: the rich, Japanese-style Zeppin Tonkotsu Stewed Pork Flavor noodles, the unique Udon, the distinctively delicious Spaghetti, and the new, fiery Siukay Bowl, and more.

Notably, the Noodle Station presented a culinary fusion of Vietnam and Japan with its Oden hot pot. This classic Japanese dish was given a creative twist, served with either glass noodles or rice vermicelli, and a choice of two soup bases: a sour and spicy Vietnamese-style broth or a light and delicate Japanese-style broth.

In addition, visitors enthusiastically participated in traditional activities like checking in at the dazzling lantern gate—which beautifully blended Vietnamese and Japanese cultures—writing wishes on the wishing tree, and trying on Yukata.

This area was also bustling with excitement, featuring a noodle-grabbing challenge and a soccer skills game.

Thanks to its cool atmosphere and many enjoyable activities, Acecook Vietnam’s Noodles Land area was always a popular spot, drawing in large crowds of visitors.

Acecook Welcomes 50,000 Early Visitors with 50,000 Bags of Delicious Noodles

At the event’s four entrances, Acecook welcomed the first 50,000 visitors with gift bags containing the beloved classic Hao Hao noodles and a 50,000 VND voucher for express noodle purchases on the Acecook Vietnam Eshop (https://eshop.acecookvietnam.vn).

Furthermore, at the familiar Happy Truck, customers had the chance to get their hands on Siukay Tia Chop (“Lightning”) Bowl noodles—a newly launched product with an explosive spiciness and the same great taste as the super-popular Siukay instant noodle packet.

Exhibition on the Cultural Fusion of Vietnamese and Japanese Noodles

At the exhibition area, visitors could see and learn about iconic Japanese noodles such as Ramen, Somen, Soba, and Udon. At the same time, they also discovered the rich variety of Vietnamese noodles from North to South, including Pho Bo, Hu Tieu Nam Vang, Bun Bo Hue, Mien with Pork Ribs, and Bun Mam.
