Acecook Vietnam Honored for Major Contributions to State Budget
On October 20, at a conference honoring taxpayers for their “Efforts to Overcome Difficulties and Make Major Contributions to the State Budget for the 2020-2022 Period,” Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company received a certificate of merit from the Ministry of Finance for its contributions to the socio-economic landscape and the state budget.
Acecook Vietnam ranked 79th in the V1000 list of the largest corporate taxpayers in 2022, placing it within the Top 100. This is not the first time Acecook Vietnam has appeared on this list; the company has been recognized multiple times in the past for its significant contributions to the national budget.

During the challenging period of 2020-2022, Acecook Vietnam consistently strived to maintain its production activities and ensure the circulation of goods to supply the market. The company also worked to maintain stable employment and implemented numerous programs to provide comprehensive physical and mental healthcare for its employees. Notably, the company also made many contributions to the community during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As an instant food manufacturer, Acecook Vietnam became even more conscious of its social responsibility to maintain a reserve food supply as the pandemic began. During the nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19, instant noodles became an even more essential food item for the entire society. Therefore, to prevent shortages and price increases, the company made tremendous efforts to sustain production while the rest of society was under lockdown.
In addition to its efforts to maintain production to sufficiently supply the public, Acecook Vietnam also participated in social contribution activities to help combat the pandemic. The company sponsored three negative pressure air filtration systems for Pham Ngoc Thach Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, valued at 2 billion VND; contributed over 10,000 “charity” noodle cartons to field hospitals, officials, soldiers, patients, and residents in locked-down areas; and supported Vietnamese citizens living, working, and studying in Japan who were facing difficulties by sending 1,000 cartons of Hao Hao noodles. The total value of products Acecook Vietnam donated to various agencies, organizations, and units exceeded 1 billion VND.
Sharing his thoughts on the company’s contributions to Vietnam, Mr. Kaneda Hiroki, General Director of Acecook Vietnam, stated: “As a foreign enterprise, since coming to Vietnam, we have always complied with Vietnamese law and been conscious of fulfilling our tax obligations to the state. We are always grateful to the country and people of Vietnam throughout our journey of formation and development here. For that reason, we never forget our responsibility to the community and society, and we hope to contribute to making Vietnam an even better country.”
