ACECOOK VIETNAM IS THE MAIN SPONSOR FOR THE VIETNAM FESTIVAL IN JAPAN

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company recently partnered with the Consulate General of Vietnam in Osaka to organize the Vietnam Festival at Osaka Castle Park, Japan, from April 27 to April 28, 2024. The event aimed to introduce Vietnamese culinary culture through the company’s safe and reliable products.

As a leading provider of instant foods to Vietnamese consumers and an exporter to many countries worldwide, Acecook Vietnam is proud to be the main sponsor of the Vietnam Festival held in Osaka, Japan. The event kicked off on the morning of April 27, 2024, running for two days (Saturday and Sunday) with free admission for all attendees. An estimated 100,000 people, including members of the Vietnamese community living and working in Japan and Japanese locals who love Vietnamese culture, came to experience the festival’s vibrant atmosphere.

The Vietnam Festival is an opportunity to broadly introduce Vietnamese culture to the Japanese people. Furthermore, with the growing number of Vietnamese people living in Japan—making it the second-largest overseas Vietnamese community in the world—Acecook Vietnam also hoped to bring the spirit and flavors of home to the Vietnamese diaspora through this festival. Activities aimed at building positive cultural values, promoting the strong relationship between Vietnam and Japan, and fostering cultural exchange through cuisine are part of Acecook’s efforts to contribute to society and bring happiness to the community. This also serves as an opportunity for Acecook Vietnam to promote its core value of “3 Happy” (Happy Consumers, Happy Employees, Happy Society).

The event featured a total of 90 booths, including 50 for food and beverages related to Vietnam and 40 for company products and other items. Some of the standout activities at the Vietnam Festival in Osaka included cultural exhibitions, art performances, and booths showcasing products and traditional cuisine. Known and loved for its products made with Japanese technology and diverse flavors developed from the rich local culinary heritage, Acecook Vietnam presented its signature products at the festival. A special highlight was the Hao Hao instant noodles with “Hot Sour Shrimp” flavor—a dish familiar to generations of Vietnamese people. This helped create joy, evoke fond memories tied to the taste of home, and introduce the beauty of Vietnamese cuisine to international friends.

The Vietnam Festival in Japan is an iconic event for Vietnam-Japan cultural exchange and is the only official exchange event organized by the Vietnamese government abroad. The festival is held annually by the Vietnam Festival Executive Committee with co-sponsorship from many major organizations, including the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan, the Osaka Prefectural Government, the ASEAN-Japan Centre, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam, and the Vietnamese Association in Japan. The event attracts many Vietnamese people living and working in Japan, as well as Japanese friends and locals.
