ACECOOK VIETNAM JOINS HANDS WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF DIKE MANAGEMENT AND NATURAL DISASTER PREVENTION TO EQUIP STUDENTS IN HOA BINH WITH KNOWLEDGE ON NATURAL DISASTER PREVENTION AND RESPONSE

On the morning of August 16, in Hoa Binh, the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention, in coordination with the Command for Natural Disaster Prevention, Search and Rescue, and Civil Defense of Hoa Binh Province, and Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, organized the final round of the “Golden Bell Challenge: Accompanying Children in Disaster Prevention – Shaping a Sustainable Future” contest at Da Bac Town Secondary School, Da Bac District, Hoa Binh Province.

The contest aims to promote and disseminate knowledge about natural disaster prevention and response, thereby raising awareness and strengthening response skills among school children and teenagers. It provides a meaningful, healthy playground while fostering unity, and encouraging students to learn disaster prevention knowledge and skills.

Speaking at the final round, Mr. Pham Trung Thanh, Head of External Relations of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, emphasized: The “Golden Bell Challenge: Accompanying Children in Disaster Prevention – Shaping a Sustainable Future” is an extremely meaningful and useful program, giving students additional knowledge on natural disaster prevention and response. In turn, this helps them protect themselves and their families, as well as minimize risks and damage when disasters occur. This is the second time this year that Acecook Vietnam has co-organized this activity—the contest was previously held in Dai Loc District, Quang Nam Province in May 2023. In addition, at the event, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company presented 540 meaningful gift bags, featuring the company’s signature products, to students and guests attending the event.
