Following the success of the culinary festival within the Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, this year’s Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024 officially took place from April 27 to May 1, 2024, at Thuong Bac Park in Hue City. The event attracted 120,000 visitors, a significant increase from the 45,000 attendees in 2023. This event was organized in support of Hue City’s bid to be recognized as part of UNESCO’s Creative Cities Network for Gastronomy in 2025.

At Hue Traditional Cuisine Week 2024, the “Recreating the Vietnam Record-Holding Hue-Style Stir-Fried Vermicelli Pan for 1,000 People” event was successfully held, drawing significant public attention. A special highlight of this activity was the outstanding quality of the main ingredient—Hang Nga Dried Fresh Rice Vermicelli—which left a surprising and profound impression on attendees.

The Hang Nga Dried Fresh Rice Vermicelli product is a source of pride for Acecook Vietnam. It features authentic, round vermicelli strands that maintain a chewy, smooth, and glossy texture. The noodles do not become soggy, mushy, sour, or develop an off-smell when left out for a long time. The product was entrusted to over 20 renowned culinary artisans from the North, Central, and South regions, 30 professional chefs, and 100 service staff to deliver exceptional quality and flavor to the Mixed Stir-Fried Vermicelli dish served to 1,000 people.

Furthermore, the product stands out with its vermicelli made from carefully selected rice grains, free from borax. It is produced under a food safety management system with ISO 22000 and HACCP certifications, making it incredibly convenient and safe to prepare and consume.
