Acecook Vietnam Spreads Japanese Culture at the Japan Vietnam Festival 2023

As part of the series of activities celebrating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, Acecook Vietnam participated in the 8th Japan Vietnam Festival on February 25-26, 2023, with its most impressive booth to date.

Visitors to the Acecook booth experienced a variety of culinary, cultural, and entertainment activities across three zones: Ramen Street, the Happy Truck, and an exhibition titled “30 Years of Acecook Vietnam’s Formation and Development.”

Here, visitors enjoyed a special version of Ramen from the Acecook Noodle Station, tried Zeppin noodles for free, and participated in numerous traditional Japanese games with thousands of gifts. With the slogan “For Japanese noodles, choose Zeppin,” Acecook Vietnam launched Zeppin – a Japanese-flavored instant noodle – to celebrate this special anniversary year. Zeppin noodles come in two famous Japanese flavors: Tonkotsu pork stew & Yakisoba (traditional stir-fried noodles). Featuring chewy, smooth, non-fried noodles and a novel taste, the product was enthusiastically sampled and purchased by customers.

Notably at this event, the Acecook Noodle Station prepared Zeppin noodles as complete bowls of Ramen, with appealing char siu pork and soy-marinated eggs for guests at Ramen Street. The delicious, hot noodles sold out quickly, with over 1,500 bowls sold in two days.

Alongside fun traditional games, visitors eagerly participated in the Ema wooden wish plaque activity. Ema plaques are used for praying for blessings or giving thanks, and writing a wish on them is like sending a message to the gods. Young people were particularly excited to write down their wishes.

At the iconic Acecook Vietnam truck, customers could sample Zeppin cup noodles, play an exciting VR game, and purchase various types of instant noodles with special promotions. At the Happy Truck, customers enjoyed Zeppin cup noodles in Shoyu (soy sauce) and Tonkotsu pork stew flavors. Furthermore, they also had the chance to meet actress Nakatani Akari, the brand ambassador for Zeppin.

The sales area was always bustling, quickly processing over 2,700 orders in two days. Customers were excited to try the new Japanese-flavored instant noodle, Zeppin, and a variety of other products from Acecook Vietnam, such as Udon noodle packs, Ohayo porridge, and Modern cup noodles.

The year 2023 also marks Acecook’s 30th anniversary in Vietnam. In this area, visitors could explore the memories and milestones of the “national noodle” company and take home unique check-in photos.
