Acecook Vietnam Supports Northern Communities in Overcoming Typhoons No. 10 and 11

Recently, in response to severe losses caused by Typhoons No. 10 and 11 in northern provinces, Acecook Vietnam rapidly implemented urgent support activities, promptly delivering essential supplies and solidarity to flood-affected communities, thereby reaffirming its sense of responsibility and commitment to bringing happiness to society.

In October, Typhoons No. 10 and 11 struck consecutively, triggering prolonged flooding that heavily affected several northern provinces such as Thai Nguyen, Son La, Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa, and others. The flooding caused significant casualties and property damage, disrupting the lives of hundreds of households. In this urgent situation, timely assistance was essential to help people stabilize their lives.

Acecook Vietnam Donates Thousands of Relief Packages to Storm-Affected Households

Upon learning of the hardships faced by people in the flood zones, Acecook Vietnam’s external relations department quickly coordinated with authorities, media, and television outlets to deploy its emergency relief program. All activities operated under the motto: “swift—timely—targeted—fulfilling real needs.”

Specific relief efforts Acecook Vietnam carried out in October included:

• Via the Department of Dike Management and Disaster Prevention: Provided 2,000 boxes of noodles to residents of Ha Tinh and Tuyen Quang, the two hardest-hit provinces.
• In coordination with “Kinh te & Do thi” Newspaper: Donated 200 boxes of noodles to the people of Trai Cau Commune, Thai Nguyen Province.
• In collaboration with “Ha Noi Moi” Newspaper: Supplied 200 boxes of noodles to people in Thai Nguyen and Cao Bang provinces.
• Together with Vietnam Television (VTV): Donated 1,500 boxes of noodles to residents in six northern provinces affected by storms and floods, ensuring support was spread widely.
• Through the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF): Acecook Vietnam contributed an additional 1,500 boxes of products. Furthermore, all company staff united to donate over 200 million VND in cash. This financial support was delivered directly to flood-hit communities to help them overcome the aftermath of natural disasters.
