Acecook Vietnam: Sustainable development is also a responsibility to the environment and community
For three decades of accompanying Vietnamese consumers, Acecook Vietnam has always believed that the responsibility of a food business goes beyond just providing meals, extending to concrete actions for the environment.
It is from this belief that the “green circle” continues to expand to forests, to communities in need of sharing, and is recognized through practical awards, demonstrating a persistent journey not just in words.
Practical actions for a green environment
To mark its 10th anniversary, the Acecook Happiness Concert 2026 dedicated all ticket sales revenue to implement a project to plant 10,500 saplings in Quang Tri province, specifically in Trang – Ta Phuong village (Huong Lap commune) and the villages of Chenh Venh, Cat, Ho, Xa Bai (Huong Phung commune) – the first natural forest area in Vietnam certified FSC-ES for ecosystem services, carbon absorption, and storage. Selecting an appropriate forest area also helps ensure that the project’s results can be monitored and scientifically evaluated in the long term.
The reforestation project in Quang Tri can be seen as a significant expansion of the “Green Planet” strategy. Unlike many short-term community activities, this project aims for long-term measurable environmental impacts, from carbon absorption capacity, biodiversity restoration, to water source protection and soil erosion prevention.

The reforestation project will be implemented in 3 phases and will last until 2027.
The donated saplings include tung trees and many native species (soapberry, soapnut, chinaberry, jackfruit, striped ebony, and huynh). Tung trees grow well, can hold soil, prevent erosion, and create livelihoods from tung seeds/oil for local people. Soapberry, soapnut, chinaberry, jackfruit, striped ebony, and huynh trees help supplement the canopy, increase biodiversity, and support the restoration of natural forest structure. Prioritizing native trees also helps restore natural ecosystems, while opening up long-term economic value for local communities.
This activity is particularly significant as Acecook Vietnam’s sustainable development strategy deepens. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors are harmoniously integrated with investment and business efficiency to create a sustainable future for both the business and the planet.
Through concrete actions and responsibility in each product, Acecook Vietnam is contributing to building a greener and more sustainable future for future generations, while extending its goal of becoming a “comprehensive food enterprise, sustainably developing and reaching international stature.”
Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises 2026
These persistent efforts have been recognized with the Top 50 Excellent Sustainable Development Enterprises of Vietnam 2026 (CSA 2026) award, in the “Pioneering in Waste Reduction” category – the second consecutive year Acecook Vietnam has been included in this ranking, affirming the enterprise’s efforts on its sustainable development journey.

Not only in production, but the spirit of environmental protection is also spread by Acecook Vietnam within its internal operations. The company maintains activities such as “Non-recyclable Plastic Reduction Day,” document digitalization, digital signatures, and the 4R principle – refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle – applied throughout its operations.
From changes in production to community activities, Acecook Vietnam is gradually realizing its goal of becoming a comprehensive food enterprise, sustainably developing, and reaching international stature.
For Acecook Vietnam, sustainable development is not a destination but a journey nurtured by changes in production, spread to the community, and continuously preserved in the enterprise’s daily activities.
With the strategy “Cook Happiness Through Innovation,” Acecook Vietnam views this not as a destination, but an ongoing journey, closely tied to each product and activity of the enterprise in the coming time.
