By securing this prestigious award, Acecook Vietnam once again affirms its relentless efforts to build a professional and happy work environment for all employees and to pursue its Go Global goal.

The “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” award is a prestigious international award held annually by HR Asia Magazine to evaluate and honor businesses with leading human resources policies, compensation and benefits, and work environments in the region. This year, the award was held in over 15 countries and markets, including Vietnam.

Over its more than 13-year history, the award has honored hundreds of outstanding companies, recognizing the achievements of organizations in creating ideal workplaces, which contribute to enhancing the quality of the workforce and promoting the economy.

At the awards ceremony on August 14, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company was honored to receive the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025” award – Recognized as one of the best workplaces in Asia.

Participating companies are evaluated based on HR Asia Magazine’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey. This stringent evaluation process centers on genuine feedback from employees themselves, turning ideas into scalable solutions.
