Over 113,000 Customers Choose to “See and Hear” at Acecook Vietnam Factory
For 13 years, Acecook Vietnam has maintained its factory tour program across the North, Central, and South regions, becoming the only instant noodle enterprise to regularly open its doors to consumers.
What makes over 113,000 consumers spend nearly 3 hours visiting an instant noodle production factory? The answer lies not only in the modern production lines but also in the opportunity to witness the entire manufacturing process firsthand.
When Trust Begins with Transparency
In an era where consumers are increasingly concerned about the origin and production process of food, many businesses choose to publicly disclose their manufacturing processes as a way to increase transparency. Acecook Vietnam is one of the few instant noodle companies that implements a factory tour program for consumers. For businesses, transparency is not just about sharing information but also about creating opportunities for consumers to directly observe, ask questions, and verify the product manufacturing process themselves. Therefore, the factory tour program has been maintained for many years as a direct dialogue channel between the company and consumers.

“Seeing and Hearing” the Entire Production Process
Furthermore, organizing these direct “seeing and hearing” tours also aims to clarify “rumors” about instant noodles.
During the approximately 2.5-3 hour tour, customers are shared information about the company’s scale, quality assurance system, interesting facts about instant noodles, how to use products, and nutritional balance, followed by a factory production tour.
Through glass corridors installed along the production lines, participants not only witness the clean, enclosed factory with modern production lines but are also introduced in detail to each stage of product creation, from raw material selection to finished products.
According to a post-program survey, most visitors stated that after the factory tour, they were deeply impressed by learning about the instant noodle production process for the first time and felt happy and satisfied with the warm and thoughtful reception from the company.
13 Years of Open Doors for Consumers to Verify Themselves
Going back 13 years, it was quite common for manufacturing companies to open their factories for consumer tours globally, especially in Japan, but it was quite new in Vietnam.
After more than a decade of persistently maintaining the program with the message “Come and be happy, see and believe,” the numbers somewhat reflect the value this activity brings. Over 113,000 visitors have directly toured the Acecook Vietnam factory; on average, over 10,000 people register for the experience each year. The latest survey results in 2025 show that about 99% of visitors are satisfied with the program, over 95% said they feel more secure using instant noodles, and 98.1% of customers learned about and wanted to try new company products after the tour. To maintain this activity, the company has invested nearly 50 billion VND over the past 13 years and mobilized over 100 staff members at its factories to directly welcome, guide, and accompany visitors.

Besides providing useful information and knowledge, one of the most attractive parts of the program is product sampling – consumers get to experience instant noodle products right at the production factory. Through this activity, the company also has the opportunity to listen to and receive feedback from customers to continuously improve its products.
Each visitor also receives a gift package to take home, including company products, with approximately 2,500 cartons of products sent to customers each year.
