At the ceremony, representative of Ministry of Industry and Trade also awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister to Mr. Hoang Cao Tri – Deputy Director of Acecook Vietnam for the outstanding achievements in labor and the 19 medals for outstanding individuals for “The Development of Industry and Trade”.

Looking back to the development with the achievements over the past 15 years, from the initial 55 employees, Acecook Vietnam has so far grown up with current number of more than 5,300 employees. Acecook Vietnam has become the leading instant foodstuffs manufacturer in Vietnam with the average annual growth rate of 30% per year. The Company has 6 factories, nationwide distribution network with 4 branches and more than 700 agents from the North to the South, accounting for the largest market share with the market coverage of more than 60%. In the course of its development, Acecook Vietnam has contributed to the state budget with tax payment in 2009 reached 281 billion VND, increasing 194 times compared with that of 1995.
Vina Acecook scholarship program for diligent poor students
In line with the contribution to the socio-economic development, Acecook Vietnam has also actively participated in social charity activities such as donation of gratitude houses, flood relief, contribution to the fund for the poor, etc.
On the occasion of receiving the First Class Labor Medal and the 15th anniversary of establishment and development, Acecook Vietnam JSC launched a scholarship program for poor students all over the country. Accordingly, Acecook Vietnam offered 996 scholarships equivalent to approximately 1 billion VND for poor diligent students in Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Binh Duong, HCMC, and Vinh Long. In each municipal where factories of Acecook Vietnam are located, the Company collaborated with the local Department of Training and Education to offer 166 scholarships with the value of 1 million VND each scholarship to the disadvantaged students in the school year 2010 – 2011.
