From April 25th to May 27th, 2018, the “Primary School Food Safety and Hygiene” competition in the school year 2017-2018 was organized by Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, the participant is the pupil in grade and the cook in primary schools with semi-boarding kitchens in Ho Chi Minh City.
The competition has created an interesting and useful playground for pupil and cook in Ho Chi Minh City, with the desire to equip their pupils with knowledge on FHS for not only these two groups, but also for teachers and parents – who directly process food for the children at home, contributing to minimizing food poisoning.
Throughout the competitive rounds with fascinating content, the children will be re-examined their knowledge of FHS with the questions close to the reality, being chef to cook the delicious and creative dishes and most importantly, it is to ensure hygiene and nutritional balance.
The program has attracted the participation of teams from more than 250 primary schools with semi-boarding kitchens in Ho Chi Minh City with the number of participants in the Preliminary selection round up to 12,000 candidates.
With the philosophy “Contributing to the society through the cuisine path”, Acecook Vietnam is pleased to accompany this program.
