[Medical exchange with Dr. Luong Le Hoang] – “TRANSFERRING FOOD TO GOOD MEDICINE”
On May 6th, 2019 Acecook Vietnam officially launched the first instant noodle in Vietnam market using the herbal ingredients – SAMURAI noodle. SAMURAI Non-fried noodle has spice packet made from 07 herbs treating flu studied by Mr. Luong Le Hoang. The product has two flavors: Pork Ribs and Mushroom.
Vietnamese people have phrase “food should be medicine”, so spicies such as cinnamon, ginger, anise, perilla, etc. are always used in daily dishes of Vietnamese families over generations.
