Promotional goods/services (Promotional products):

Hao Hao instant noodle with spicy and sour shrimp flavour, Hao Hao instant noodle with golden chicken flavor, Hao Hao instant noodle with satay and shallot flavor, Hao Hao dry stir-fried noodle  with sour shrimp and Hao Hao dry stir-fried noodle  with shrimp and onion.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE OVER VND 9.6 BILLION

The first prize, second prize, third prize are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Prizes cannot be converted into cash.

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company commits the prize’s value is accurate based on the invoices of the purchase of the Company’s prizes.

The first prize, second prize, third prize will be under the warranty of the prize provider. The fourth prize will comply with Acecook Vietnam’s product quality regulations

One Customer may win multiple prizes and no limit the number of Prizes

The first prize does not include: registration tax, license plate making fee, vehicle ownership registration fee

The first prize, second prize and third prize is offered at winner’s residence address

DETAILED CONTENT AND REGULATION OF THE PROMOTION PROGRAM

8.1 The method of putting scratch card into promotional product

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will put pre-printed scratch card into promotional product and distribute the number of awards across the country.

8.2 How to participate in the program

During the promotion period, when customer buy one noodle package (promotional product), may receive 01 scratch card inside the pack. The customer who receive scratch card, definitely have a 100% chance of winning prize in this promotion program.

Scratch card has a silver cover showing the content of the prize. Customers scratch the silver cover at the designated box on the scratch card to determine the winning prize according to the program’s award framework.

8.3 Official scratch card rules and regulations:

• • Valid scratch card is the scratch card issued by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Valid scratch card has a specific size: 4cm x 6cm and must be intact, not torn or patchy.

• • The scratch card shows the following contents:

• • Logo of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company

• • Name of the promotion program

• • Silver layer scratching part

• • Non scratching part

• • Promotion period

• • Picture of promotional prizes

• • Contact information

• • The total scratch card issued by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company in the promotion period is 930 cards

8.4 The way to determine winning:

• • During the promotion period, customer will have opportunity to receive scratch cards. Customer who receives scratch cards will have a 100% chance of winning prize in this promotion program.

• • Customer who receives scratch card need to scratch silver layer as regulated in order to determine the winning prize from this promotion program.

• • After scratching silver layer, customer will win the prize same as the sentence wrote on the scratch card, in detail:

1. 1. The scratch card with the sentence “Congratulation on winning one Honda SH 150cc” means that you win the first prize: one Honda SH 150cc
   2. The scratch card with the sentence “Congratulation on winning 01 Sony Ultra HD 4K 43 Television” means that you win the second price: 01 Sony Ultra HD 4K 43 Television
   3. The scratch card with the sentence “Congratulation on winning 01 Toshiba washing machine, 7kg capacity” means that you win the third prize: 01 Toshiba washing machine, 7kg capacity

8.5 Time, place and procedure for receiving the reward:

• • Winner of the first prize, second prize and third prize should contact the program’s hotline 1900 1884 to determine winning information. Consultant switchboard of the program will advise the winner about winning scratch card’s identification and make an appointment to award the prize at the winner’s residence address  

• • At the time of awarding prize agreed previously,

+ The winner of the First prize needs to show winning ticket to the staff of VISACOOP Trading Service Co., Ltd (Store is authorized by Honda) and B.C.I BRANDCARE CO., LTD to conduct the examination, comparison and signing in winning certificate, reward receiving report, and provides full information: full name, ID card number, address, mobile number. Customer who wins the First prize can receive the prize within 30 days from the day of confirming with the Consultant switchboard of this program

+ The winner of the second prize and third prize needs to show winning ticket to the staff of the prize shipping company – Viettel Post Office District 1 – Viettel Post Corporation to conduct the examination, comparison and signing in winning certificate, reward receiving report, and provides full information: full name, ID card number, address, mobile number.  Customer who wins the second prize and third prize can receive the prize within 07 days from the day of confirming with the Consultant switchboard of this program.

8.6 Deadline of rewarding

Deadline that Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for awarding prizes to lucky customers is 30 days from the day of ending the promotion.

8.7 Question and Answer Regulation related with the promotion program

Any question related with this promotion program, please contact the hotline 1900 1884 for instruction and answer. Consultant switchboard operated from 7:00 to 19:00 every day (including holiday, Sunday and Saturday) from November 27th 2017 to March 26th 2018.

• • Announcement responsibility:

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company announces the promotion program on the website http://www.acecookvietnam.vn, newspaper and at all agents and distributors of Hao Hao noodle products in the whole country

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company has responsibility to announce the result of winners and publishes it on the website http://www.acecookvietnam.vn and the newspaper.

• • Other regulations:

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is not responsible for any scratch cards contact before or after the promotion period.

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for paying irregular personal income tax for winners of First Prize and Second Prize.

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is fully responsible for managing the printing process, the accuracy of winning proof and circulating winning proof in the promotion program.

The organization of the promotion program must be fair, evident and objective.

If the winner agrees, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will use the name and image of the winner for commercial and advertising purpose.

In case of any dispute related to this promotion, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company has a responsibility to resolve directly; if an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be treated in accordance with the law.

For prizes which do not have winners, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company has responsibility to deduct and pay 50% of the announced prize’s value into the government budget according to Clause 4 Article 96 of the Commercial Law.
