In instant noodle, when researchers try to find something, they can find carcinogenicity and the substance that cause cancer or dyslipidemia! It sounds so horrible but actually catching a disease or not also depends on other factors which both doctor and paintent miss out.
If people do not eat instant noodle, can they avoid high blood pressure since that have a stressful life, obesity since the do not lose weight, dyslipidemia since they hold one’s urine as well as abuse effervescent tablet, energy drink…
Then a person who does not eat instant noodle can avoid cancer? Why many people think cancer can come from packs of instant noodle when the bad lifestyle is perpetrator of diseases?

When I go to the supermarket, I usually buy instant noodle for my children, but my husband usually grumbling about that. You know, when seeing my children eat instant noodle maybe the noodle company will sponsor to them.
After school and before go to other academic school, my children are very interested when I give them instant noodle. My children eat very well, all noodle even noodle soup. They really like instant noodle but my husband forbids because he thought it is noxious. I still belive that instant noodle is not noxious because if it is noxious how all countries in the world still put it into circulation?

You should not try to convince your husband through the proof of ingredients and test result…the most effective criterion to prove the usefulness of nutrion regime is the joyful image of your children after meal with their favourite food like instant noodle. Your husband does not have enough arguments to protest because your evidence is based on Hippocrates’ golden rule “A person who treats well is right”, in your case “A person who feed children well, is right”.

Why each instant noodle has different toughness. With the same cooking time but some packages are tough and delicious but some rise fastly. Do tough instant noodle contant more preservatives?

Instant noodle due to different ingredient has different toughness. In addition, depending on water’s temperature and the amount of water, instant noodle change its toughness. With the “fake” instant noodle manufacturer, of course, there are many second-class preservatives.
With the “real” manufacturer due to advanced production technology; if there is preservative, is always less preservative than other. The best way is “better be alone than in ill company”; choose the right noodle with your money

Cooking noodle at which temperature is safe for health? Is it necessary to boilt at exactly 100 degree? In my house there is a water purifier, so I usually use hot water from it to cook noodle. However, my family said that its not reach 100 degree, instant noodle cannot be cooked; when noodle cannot be cooked, it generates some harmful substance? Is it true?

If only to eat, do not need exact boiling water at 100 degrees; but in order to make it more delicious, it needs boiling water at 100 degrees. Similar to tea ceremony, if using boiling water to rise the bowl, while noodle is cooked the bowl is still hot which avoid heat reduce so fast that make noodle is cooked but no toughness
Hot water in water purifier is not enough to make delicious noodle. It only affected to the taste but not harmful because the noodle inside pack is already “cooked” through advanced manufacture technology. It will be more delicious if you cook instant noodle in boiling water in some minutes and then pour bouillon; however, it takes time and few people do like that.

I read the information in one article, citing: “Frequently eating instant noodle increases the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stomach cancer, and is a burden for kidneys. In case of female, eating much instant noodle is not only harmful to the skin, but also increases premenstrual syndrome, Chidren are pubescent early …”I want to ask for the authenticity of this information, I am very worried about that. Two points should be noted about that mournful message. First of all, “Regular”means that if no exaggeration is still safe. Not only instant noodle but also other food, if exaggerating, is harmful for health. Next, risk increase means that it CAN catch a disease, not means definitely catch a disease
Therefore, if you want to feel secure in this complex life, not only with instant noodle but also nutrion regime, do not often to exaggerate and live in the way of wearing resistance ability out; hence, there is nothing to worry about a research resul that exploit reader’s fear.
