In recent November, Acecook Vietnam was much honored when its Cup Noodle product got the Saveurs de l’Année 2017 Award in Paris, the capital of French.
The awarding ceremony was held on November 21st, 2016 at Accès aux Folies Bergère // 32, rue Richer – 75009 Paris
The award was established in 1997 by Willy Mansion, founder of Monadia – Center of quality for French consumers.
It is the sole award in French for evaluation of food flavor quality. The evaluation is conducted by The Consumer Association via the “Blind test” method.
Assessment and scoring method: based on 5 criteria: General satisfaction, Product structure, Outside appearance, Flavor, Savor. Products are qualified if scoring 7/10 points.
The assessment is held at separate laboratories. Each individual consumer shall sit in separate cabins that meet the conditions of temperature, moisture and lighting.
Details of the awarding ceremony shall be broadcast on TV, magazines, radio, Internet.
