In response to that sincerity, Aecook Vietnam officially starts Promotion for Consumers called “EAT HAO HAO, BE WEALTHY” from December 2, 2019 across Vietnam.

Acecook Vietnam wishes Vietnamese customers and consumers this Rat year with lots of luck, wealth and great gifts from the program.

Information on the promotion “EAT HAO HAO, BE WEALTHY”

1. Name of the promotion: “EAT HAO HAO, BE WEALTHY”.                                                      

2. Promotional goods: 

• Hao Hao instant noodle with sour and spicy shrimp flavor; 
• Hao Hao instant noodle with yellow-hair chicken flavor;
• Hao Hao instant noodle with shallot sate flavor; 
• Hao Hao instant noodle with fried garlic and pork rib flavor;
• Hao Hao stir-fried instant noodle with scallion and shrimp flavor; and
  
• Hao Hao stir-fried instant noodle with sour and spicy shrimp flavor

3. Promotion period: From 07:00 on 02/12/2018 to 19:00 on 29/04/2020

5. Form of promotion: Scratchcards and lucky dial to determine the winners

6. Prize structure: The total value of prizes is nearly VND 16.5 billion

1. 1. The value of Prize I, II, III and IV includes Value Added Tax (VAT).
   2. The total value of prizes in the promotion program is (including VAT): VND 16,413,200,000 (in words: Sixteen billion four hundred and thirteen million and two hundred thousand dongs). 
   3. The total value of prizes compared with the total value of promotional goods: about 1.01%. 
   4. All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
   5. Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company commits to award the correct prize as described in the column “Description” and the value of the above prizes is accurate based on the input invoices for purchasing the Company’s prizes. 
   6. The winner of Prize I will receive a prize with a quality certificate with the following diamond quality characteristics: Diamond, round, size: 6.1 * 6.1 mm, color: E water grade, transparency: VVS1, tested by Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) and Gemological Institute of America (GIA), weight: 0.9 carat. 
   7. A customer can win many times and have no limit to the number of prizes.

7. Content and detailed rules of the promotion program:

8.1 Specific conditions, methods and procedures that customers must follow to participate in the promotion:

When a customer buys 01 promotional product, he/she has a chance to win a prize when there is 01 winning card placed inside the promotional product. Winning cards are randomly placed in promotional products; The total number of winning cards issued is: 20,440 cards, equivalent to 20,440 promotional products. Customers who receive the winning card placed in the promotional product will definitely win 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth 01 one-tenth of a tael or VND 2,000,000 in cash or 01 Mobifone / Viettel / Vinaphone / Vietnamobile / Gmobile mobile phone card of VND200,000.

The number of prizes customers have a chance to receive from a winning card is: 

• Prize II (Second Prize): 40 prizes, each prize is 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth the same value as 01 one-tenth of a tael; 
• Prize III (Third Prize): 400 prizes, each prize is VND 2,000,000 in cash; and
• Prize IV (Fourth Prize): 20,000 prizes, each prize is 01 Mobifone / Viettel / Vinaphone / Vietnamobile / Gmobile phone scratch card of VND200,000.

Only customers who receive a Prize IV (Fourth Prize) winning card of 01 Mobifone / Viettel / Vinaphone / Vietnamobile / Gmobile phone scratch card of VND200,000 and text the winning card code to the call center according to the specified syntax from 07:00 on December 2, 2019 to 19:00 on February 29, 2020 have a chance to receive an additional prize from the dial program, that is 01 Diamond worth 6.1 mm or 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth 01 one-tenth of a tael or VND 2,000,000 in cash.

The number of prizes customers have a chance to receive from lucky dial is: 

• Prize I (First Prize): 20 prizes, each prize is 01 Diamond equivalent to 6.1 mm; 
• Prize II (Second Prize): 160 prizes, each prize is 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth the same value as 01 one-tenth of a tael; and
• Prize III (Third Prize): 1,600 prizes, each prize is VND 2,000,000 in cash.

8.2 Time and method of issuing evidence to determine a prize: 

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will randomly place winning scratch cards inside promotional products at Acecook’s factories in the witness of representatives of the local Department of Industry and Trade, and leaders of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, and then distribute the number of awards nationwide from December 2, 2019. 

20,440 winning cards will be randomly put in 588,600,000 packs of promotional products. 

8.3 Rules of evidence to determine a prize

a. A valid winning card is a scratch card issued by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company. A valid winning card has specific dimensions as follows: width 04 cm x length 06 cm. Winning cards must be intact, not torn, not patched. A valid winning card shows the following information:

• Logo of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company
• Name of the promotion
• Content of winning notice
• A winning code covered with silver-white scratch coating 
• Promotion period
• Contact information
• Control code
• Information to note customers about keeping cards as a basis for the lucky dial program. 

b. Regulations on winning code characters for winning cards of 01 Mobifone / Viettel / Vinaphone / Vietnamobile / Gmobile phone scratch card. There are 9 characters included:

• 01 of 24 characters from a to z;
• 01 of numbers from 0 to 9;
• Some special characters (e.g.: @,#,…)

c. List of winning codes is registered with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency – Ministry of Industry and Trade. 

d. The total number of winning cards issued is: 20,440 cards, equivalent to 20,440 promotional products

8.4 Time, location and method to determine a prize 

• For prizes from scratching the cards: Customers consuming a promotional product will open the product packaging, scratch “SCRATCH PART” to determine a prize:
• Winners of Prize II (Second Prize): “SCRATCH PART” appears: “05 SJC 9999 GOLD COINS”.
• • • Winners of Prize III (Third Prize): “SCRATCH PART” appears: “VND2,000,000: “VND 2,000,000 IN CASH”.
• Winners of Prize IV (Fourth Prize): “SCRATCH PART” appears: “01 PHONE CARD OF VND 200,000 WITH A WINNING CODE: XXXXXXXXX”, in which XXXXXXXXX is a winning code of 9 characters. Customers use the winning code to send a text message according to the specified syntax to the call center to receive the prize and participate in the lucky dial program.
• • Customers do not win the prize when there is no winning card in the promotional product.
• For the prizes from the lucky dial program: For each Prize IV (Fourth Prize) winning card from which customers text the winning card code to the call center according to the specified syntax from  December 2, 2019 to February 29, 2020, customers will have a chance from for lucky dial and to receive an additional prize , that is 01 Diamond worth 6.1 mm or 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth 01 one-tenth of a tael or VND 2,000,000 in cash. Customers must retain the winning card to compare the winning code characters and the lucky dial results.
• The lucky dial program is done three times. The number of customers participating in the lucky dial program depends on the time of sending winning codes and receiving phone scratch cards, specifically as follows:

• How to dial: The dial is done by digital software. A representative of Acecook Vietnam will randomly click on the random dialing software to select the winner.
• Participants in monitoring of lucky dial: a representative of the Department of Industry and Trade of the province or city where the lucky dial is done (if any), representatives of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company, a representative of Dentsu Vietnam Co., Ltd. and a representative of consumers. 
• Place of the dial: Office of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company: Lot II-2, street No. 8, Industrial group II, Tan Binh industrial park, Tay Thanh ward, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city.
• The dial for determining prizes will be in the order from Prize III, Prize II and finally Prize I according to the series as mentioned above. 
• Immediately after the result of the dial is available, Acecook Vietnam will announce the winning result and the program’s call center will notify the winner directly via the phone number used by the customer to text the winning card code to the call center. If a customer who is eligible to participate in the lucky dial does not win the first lucky dial, he/she will be able to continue participating in the next lucky dial until the end of the third dial.  
• After this third dial, customers can continue to receive Prize IV (Fourth Prize) of a Phone Card or Prize II (Second Prize), Prize III (Third Prize) from scratching cards to the end of April 30, 2020. 

8.5 Notice of winning:

– For Prize IV (Fourth Prize): Winners of Prize IV (Fourth Prize) notify the prize by sending a winning code to the call center by the syntax “HAOHAO [space] <winning code>” sent to 8079 (VND 1,000 /01 message)” from 07:00 on 02/12/2019 – 19:00 on 30/04/2020.

–    For Prize II (Second Prize) and Prize III (Third Prize) from scratching cards: Winners contact the hotline of program 1900886650 from 07:00 on 02/12/2019 – 19:00 on 29/04/2020 to notify the prize and make an appointment to exchange prizes from the region where the winners live/work.

– For Prize I (First Prize), Prize II (Second Prize) and Prize III (Third Prize) from lucky dial: The hotline 1900886650 will contact (call and text) to notify the prizes to the winners and make an appointment to reward the prizes in the region where the winners live/work within 10 working days after the date of lucky dial results.

8.6 Time, location, method and procedure of rewarding

– For Prize IV (Fourth Prize): After having the winning card in the promotional product, scratching the coating to receive a phone scratch card of VND 200,000. Customers use the winning code to send a t message according to the syntax specified below to the program’s call center to immediately receive the prize and participate in the lucky dial program, specifically as follows:: 

• • To use the prize as a phone card, customers text with the syntax “HAOHAO [space] <winning code>” sent to 8079 (VND 1,000 /01 message).
  • When a customer sends the correct syntax of words from 07:00 on 02/12/2019 to 19:00 on 29/02/2020, he/she will receive a response: “Congratulations, you will have the opportunity to participate in the lucky dial program with a prize of 01 Diamond worth 6.1 mm or 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth 01 one-tenth of a tael or VND 2,000,000 in cash. Please retain the winning card so that the call center can contact you with the winning information, the prize will be transferred directly to your subscriber”. Immediately after that, the entire value of the corresponding prize will be directly transferred to the customer’s subscriber (applicable to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers). 

After the entire value of the corresponding prize is transferred to the customer’s subscriber (applicable to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers), he/she will receive an additional message: “You have received VND 200,000 on this a response. Your phone number is confirmed to participate in the lucky dial program with a prize of 01 Diamond worth 6.1 mm or 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth 01 one-tenth of a tael or VND 2,000,000 in cash. Please retain the winning card and maintain contact to receive the winning information (if lucky)”. 

• • When a customer sends the correct syntax of words from 19:01 on 29/02/2020 to 19:00 on 30/04/2020, he/she will receive a response: “You have received VND 200,000 on this subscriber.  Because your message was sent to the call center after 19:00 on 29/02/2020 so you do not have the opportunity to participate in the lucky dial program with a prize of 01 Diamond worth 6.1 mm or 05 SJC 9999 Gold Coins, each worth 01 one-tenth of a tael or VND 2,000,000 in cash. 

• • If a customer send the wrong winning code or syntax, he/she will receive a response to his/her subscription with the following content: “The syntax you have sent is incorrect, please enter it again according to the correct syntax: “HAOHAO [space] <winning code>” sent to 8079”. 

• • In case a customer has just texted to receive the prize after expiry of the time for receiving winning information, he/she will receive a response to his/her subscription with the following content: “Sorry! The promotion period was ended at 19:00 on 30/04/2020, thank you for your support”.

• • Customers will only receive the prize when scratching the winning card and sending a message to the call center in the syntax from 07:00 on 02/12/2019 to 19:00 on 30/04/2020. In case the winning card is torn, the winning code cannot be seen (due to Customer’s fault when scratching), the customer will not receive the prize. After that time, all winning cards that cannot be scratched and sent with the winning code in the specified syntax will be no longer valid.

• • Determining the total value of the prizes without a fourth (IV) prize winner of a phone scratch card shall be a basis for paying cash into the State Budget based on the summary report of the amount of money deposited for customers according to the aforementioned syntax during the promotion period. 

– For Prize I (First), Prize II (Second) and Prize III (Third):

• • At the time of awarding as appointed with a customer in the region where the customer lives / works, the customer is required to present a valid identity paper and a scratch card to the staff of the prize carrier that is Dentsu Vietnam Co., Ltd. to check, compare and sign the minutes of winning confirmation, the record of awarding, and the customer is required to provide full information: Full name, ID card number, address, phone number. If:

• • • The call center cannot contact the phone number that the customer has used to get the phone card prize previously, or 

• • • The customer no longer keeps the original winning card for collation. 

The Prize will be considered as having no winners. The Organizing Committee will determine the value of the prize without the winners of Prize I (First Prize), Prize II (Second Prize) and Prize III (Third Prize) to submit to the State Budget according to current law provisions.

• • The deadline for the winner to receive the prize is 45 (forty five) days from the end of the promotion. 

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will pay irregular personal income for winning customers (if any). Skylark Media Co., Ltd will carry out the procedure of paying personal irregular income tax for winning customers (if any) on behalf of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company.                 

9. Regulations on the head to answer questions related to the promotion

For any question related to this promotion, customers contact the hotline 1900886650 for instructions and answers (VND 1,000 per minute). The call center 1900886650 operates from 7:00 to 19:00 daily (including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) starting from December 2, 2019 to June 13, 2020.

10. Responsibility to disclose information

• Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company announces the promotion on http://www.acecookvietnam.vn, paper newspapers and at all agents, distributors of promotional products specified in section 2 of the rules across the country. Information about the promotion is printed on the product packaging.

• Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for announcing the results to the winners and paying the prizes, and also announcing the results of the promotion program on http://www.acecookvietnam.vn. 

11. Other provisions:

• • Dentsu Vietnam Co., Ltd. takes all responsibility for the accuracy of the winning code.
  • Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for the accuracy of the proof of determining the prize and managing the placing of such proof in the promotional products.
  • The organization of the promotion program must ensure fairness, transparency and objectivity. If the winner agrees, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will use the name and image of the winning customer for commercial advertising purposes.
  • In case of any dispute related to this promotion program, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for directly resolving, otherwise the dispute will be settled in accordance with the law.
• For prizes without winners, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible to deduct 50% of the announced value of those prizes and submit into the state budget according to Clause 4, Article 96 of the Commercial Law.
