“The Japan Hyogo Experience” & the visit to Acecook Japan factory
On July 30th 2016, the visit to Acecook Japan factory in Takino, Kansai region in the “Vietnam – Japan exchange” program of VTV1 gave Vietnamese audience the opportunity to find out more about the instant noodle production procedure, as well as the strict controlling steps before entering the production area of Acecook Japan factory.

Wearing protective clothing from head to toe, passing through the hand washing, dust rolling on clothes and dust blowing at the air-shower room are the steps in the hygiene procedure through which every staff must pass through before entering the factory.

Joining the experience visit to the production process of instant noodles at Acecook Japan factory this time was the moon lute artist Trung Luong, runner-up of Vietnam’s Got Talent 2016.

Answering his question on the business philosophy of the company, representative of Acecook said “Acecook wishes to devote to the society by food production. That is the production of safe, assuring products, bringing happy meals to the consumers.”
This philosophy has been applied to the whole Acecook group, including Acecook Vietnam. To ensure that all products made in Vietnam meet the quality standard as in Japan, Acecook group not only exchanged the instant noodle production technology, strict food sanitation and safety control procedures, but also focused on analyzing and testing works by the lab to guarantee the safety of the products.
One GMO control analysis for the rice noodle product (Source VTV1)
Nowadays, the rice noodle samples in Instant rice noodle product of Japan will have to pass through the GMO control process in the lab, in order to check whether the rice noodle sample used genetic-modified rice or not. These are also the rice noodle samples using rice planted in Vietnam under separate control standards, produced at the Rice noodle factory of Acecook Vietnam at Bac Ninh branch and exported to Acecook Japan.
Not only in Japan, Acecook Vietnam Corporation with headquarter at HCM City has invested in and initiated the GMO testing lab since 2015 to serve the testing and controlling of genetic-modified creatures (GMO) in the food to meet the rules and regulations on food of Vietnam and Western countries, US, Australia, Japan…
