Besides the survey data from market research companies on the perception, taste and preference of consumer for the product, there is another approach method which is applied by some businesses, gains cetain effects. That is the organization of a program for consumers can go to the factory and see by themselves, understand the production process and discuss some prolems which the business concern about. This is also a chance for the business to listen honestly to customer’s opinions and feelings about the products and its field which is currently present in the market

Students – prioritized visitor of this program

The first object that Acecook Vietnam targets is student of universities located at Ho Chi Minh City. The visiting group will be supported shuttle bus to come to Ho Chi Minh 2 factory – one of the most modern noodle factories in Southeast Asia

Thehe tour begins with learning about instant noodles as well as Acecook Vietnam, and then students are guided to visit the factory. Students can observe and feel about a self-contained production process which ensures strictly regulations of food safety and hygiene of both Vietnam and Japan with the advanced self-contained production process which produced billions of noodles for consumers throughout Vietnam and exported to the world.

After learning the process of producing a noodle pack, student participates in the part of enjoying the company’s product which is one of the most favourite activities – eating noodle inside the leading noodle producing factory in Vietnam market. Next is question and answer part, interaction between business and student about issues of production process, company activity as well as student’s future career on each topic of each department, study field in the university.

The visiting program has attracted a lot of attention on universities and students, after 6 months executed this program, the company has welcomed more than 1,000 students to visit and discuss. With the initial recorded result, Acecook Vietnam is preparing to expand visitors, expand other visitor objects such as student, housewife, retailer…at all our factory.
