6. Targeted objects :

Consumers of the promotional programm applied products during the time of the program.

Objects who are not allowed to join the program: Staff in the following companies:

• Acecook Vietnam JSC;
• Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd; 
• Chuo Senko Vietnam Designing Services One Member Limited Company;
• ELCOMPLUS JSC; and
• Nam Hai JSC.

7. Prize list

a) The value of Travel Tickets, Second and Third Prizes has been included with tax (VAT).

b) The total value of the Prizes (VAT included): VND 6,085,700,000 (In Word: Six billion and eighty-five million seven hundred thousand Vietnamese dong)

c) Total value of the prizes compared to the value of promoted products: approximately 1.09 %. 

d) All the prizes will not be changed into cash.

e) For the first prize, after being awarded, the customer should contact directly to Vietravel Marketing and Tourist JSC (“Vietravel”) or any other branch from Vietravel to choose a trip in the country and to use Vietravel’s services. Winner of the First prize is responsible for providing the required information and accepting the terms and authorities of the trip according to Vietnamese Laws. The tickets will be available until 12/5/2021.   

f) Acecook Vietnam JSC is committed to reward exactly as described in “Prize content” column and the value is precisely based on the receipts for which the company had prepared for the prizes. 

g) A customer may win several times and the number of prizes for one customer is not limited. 

8. Detailed contents and guidelines of the promotional program:

8.1. Requirements, guidelines, procedures needed to be completed in order to join in the program

When buying one product in the promotional program, the customer gets a chance to have a scratching card inside the product package. The card is placed randomly inside the package. Total 20,000 cards are produced is in proportion to 20,000 promoted products. Customers receiving the cards must send a SMS with precise form to the directory enquiries to have a chance of winning the Third Prize and joining the Lucky Dialing.

Only 1,999 earliest invalid text from 07:00 on 30/12/2019 until 19:00 on 29/3/2020 are recorded, the owners of these 1.999 earliest messages will receive a charge card from Viettel or Mobiphone or Vinaphone or Vietnamobile or Gmobile with the value of 500,000 dong. The upcoming later customers (after the 2000th SMS) will not receive a phone card of 500,000 VND of Viettel or Mobiphone or Vinaphone or Vietnamobile or Gmobile.

All customers who receive scratching cards and texting codes to the directory enquiries according to the prescribed from from 07:00 on 30/12/2019 to 19:00 on 29/3/2020 will have the opportunity to receive additional prizes as First (I) Prize and Second (II) Prize from the dial program.

The number of prizes that customers will have a chance to receive from the lucky dialing program are as follows:

• First Prize: 39 prizes, each prize includes 02 domestic travel vouchers with the value per each one is VND20,000,000, organized by Vietravel and VND20,000,000 in cash; and
• Second Prize: 199 prizes, each prize includes 01 collection of gold from PNJ Happiness – Wealth – Success with the value is equivalent to three tenth of a tael.

8.2. Time, method of issuing evidence to determine the winners:

Acecook Vietnam JSC will randomly put scratching card in promoted products at Acecook’s factories with the witness of representatives of the local Department of Industry and Trade, leaders of Acecook Vietnam, and then the awards will be distributed nationwide from 30/12/2019.

20,000 scratching cards will be randomly included into 94,911,000 promotional product packages.

8.3. Regulations on evidence for determining winners:

a. A valid scratching card must be issued by Acecook Vietnam JSC. Valid scratching cards have the following dimensions: 04cm wide x 06cm long. Scratching cards must be intact, not be torn and patched. A scratching cards shows the following contents:

• Symbol of brand of Acecook Vietnam JSC.
• Name of the promotional program
• Notifications and instructions
• The code is under the silver-plated layer for scratching.
• Time of the promotion program
• Contact information
• Control code
• Note about keeping scratching cards for lucky dialing.

b. Regulations on scratching card code: it consists of 9 characters as:

• 01 of 24 characters of a-z;
• 01 of numbers of 0-9; or
• Some special characters (eg, @, #, etc.).

c. List of scratching card codes is registered with the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency – Ministry of Industry and Trade.

d. Total scratching cards to be issued: 20,000 cards corresponding to 20,000 promotional products.

8.4. Time, place and method to determine the winners:

– Customers open the packages of promotional products to determine the prizes:

• If there is no scratching card in the packages of products, the customer will not win the prize;
• In case that a scratching card is in the  package of product, the customer has the opportunity to win Prize III (Third Prize) and will participate in the lucky dialing by sending a message to the directory enquiries of the  program as prescribed.

– For Third Prize: Consumers of promotional products open the packages, scratch the scratching cards to appear the word line: “SCRATCHING CARD CODE: XXXXXXXXX” in which XXXXXXXXX is a 9-character code. Customers send the message in accordance to the form to the directory enquiries for determination of prizes as follows:

• Customers send the message in the form: “ACECOOKGAO [space] <scratching card code” to 8079 (VND1,000 / 01 message).
• Only 1,999 earliest invalid text from 07:00 on 30/12/2019 until 19:00 on 29/3/2020 are recorded, The owners of these 1,999 earliest messages will receive a charge card from Viettel or Mobiphone or Vinaphone or Vietnamobile or Gmobile with the value of 500,000 dong. 
• Customers will not win Prize III (Third) when there is no scratching card in the promotional product or customers who are not in the 1,999 customers with the earliest message (from the 2,000th message recorded by the directory enquiries).

– For First Prize and Second Prize: For each scratching card code that customer has sent to the directory enquiries in accordance with the specified form and time will be participated in the lucky dialing to determine winners and have the chance of winning First Prize or Second Prize. Customers must keep scratching cards to compare with the lucky dialing results.

– The lucky dialing program is implemented in 3 times. The order of customers participating in the lucky dialing depends on the time of sending SMS to receive the charge phone cards, specifically as follows:

How to implement the lucking dialing: It is used with rotating the spherical cage.  

Information (scratching card codes, phone number messaged to the directory enquiries) of the customers with valid messages will be summarized and printed on tickets for the lucky dialing. These tickets will be confirmed by the seal of Acecook Vietnam JSC, signed by the legal representative (or a legally authorized representative) and folded, sealed and put into the spherical cages just before the date of each dialing time.

On the day of lucky dialing of each time, representatives of Acecook Vietnam JSC, representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade of the province or city where the lucky dialing is implemented (if any), representatives of Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd, representatives of consumers check the seal and number, content of tickets. After confirming the validity of the seal (intact seal) and the number, content of tickets, representatives of Acecook Vietnam JSC, representatives of the local Department of Industry and Trade (if any), representatives of Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd., representatives of consumers will spin the spherical cage containing the tickets to shuffle the position and then select any tickets in the cage to find the winners of First Prize and Second Prize.

Participants in monitoring the lucky dialing: representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade of the province or city where the lottery is implemented (if any), representatives of Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd. and representatives of consumers.

The lucky dialing for determination the winners will be in the order from Second Prize to First Prize in each dialing time.

Location of lucky dialing: Acecook Vietnam Office, Lot II-3, Street 11, Group II, Tan Binh Industrial Park, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Right after having the lottery results, Acecook Vietnam will announce the prizes and the operators of directory enquiries will notify the winner directly via the phone number that the customer has used to message scratching card code to the directory enquiries. If the customers who are eligible to participate in the lucky dialing fail in the first dialing time, they will participate in the next time until to the third dialing time.

8.5. Notice of prizes:

– For Third Prize: 1,999 Customers will receive a notice of winners in the form immediately after messaging to the directory enquiries.

– For First Prize and Second Prize: The operators of directory enquiries will contact the winners and make an appointment for rewarding in the locality where the winners live/ work within 05 working days from the date that dialing results are annouced.

8.6. Time, location, method and procedure of awarding:

– For Third Prize: After receiving the scratching card in the promotional product, scratching the silver-coated layer, the Customer will definitely receive a scratching card code. Then, immediately messaging to the directory enquiries with the form specified below to have the opportunity to receive prizes and participate in the lucky dialing program, customers will be replied as follows:

• Customers send the message according the form of “ACECOOKGAO [space] <scratching card code” to 8079 (VND 1,000 / 01 message).

o   If the customers are in 1,999 earliest valid messages recorded by the directory enquiries, customers will be replied as: “Your message No….. has been received by the directory enquiries at … hour … minute … second … second … on date…….Your message is in 1,999 earliest valid messages and you are won a phone charge card of 500,000 dong. You kindly KEEP THE SCRATCHING CARD to participate in the lucking dialing and to have an opportunity of winning the First Prize of 02 Travel tickets in the country, each one of VND20,000,000, organized by Vietravel Marketing and Tourist Company and VND20,000,000 in cash or Second Prize of 01 collection of gold from  PNJ Happiness – Wealth – Success, which has the value of three tenth of a tael. Please keep in touch to receive the information of winning- Hotline 1900636840 (VND1,000/ minute). After being replied, the customers will be immediately charged all the corresponding prize value into the phone account (it is applicable to both prepaid and postpaid subscribers).

If the syntax is wrong, the Customer will be replied with the following content: “Your syntax is incorrect, please re-enter the correct form: ACECOOKGAO [space] <scratching card code>” to 8079 (VND1,000 / message) – Hotline 1900636840 (VND1,000 /minute)”.

If the customers message the wrong codes, they will be replied with the content: “Sorry, your password is incorrect. Please check the scratching card code or characters- Hotline 1900 6368 40 (VND 1,000 / minute)”.

• • If the customers’ messages are not in 1,999 earliest valid messages recorded by the directory enquiries, the Customer will be replied: “Your message order is… You will not win Third Prize because there are 1,999 earliest customers won this prize. You kindly KEEP THE SCRATCHING CARD to participate in the lucking dialing and to have an opportunity of winning the First Prize of 02 Travel tickets in the country, each one of VND20,000,000, organized by Vietravel Marketing and Tourist Company and VND20,000,000 in cash or Second Prize of 01 collection of gold from PNJ Happiness – Wealth – Success, which has the value of three tenth of a tael. Please keep in touch to receive the information of winning- Hotline 1900636840 (VND1,000/ minute).

• • In case that the time of receiving winning information was already expired, customers send messages to receive the prize, they will be replied with the content: “We regret that promotional program was ended at 19:00 on 29/03/2020 – hotline 1900 6368 40 (VND 1,000 / minute)”.
  • Customers will only receive the reward when they scratch and send messages to the directory enquiries in accordance with the prescribed syntax from 07:00 on 12/30/2019 to 19:00 on 29/3/2020. In case that the scratching card is torn or scratching card code cannot be seen (due to Customer’s fault when scratching), he/she shall not be rewarded. After the time mentioned above, all scratching cards which were not scratched or be scratched but their codes not be sent in accordance with specified syntax will be no longer valid.
  • The determination of the total value of the prizes without winners of the phone charge package as a basis for paying cash into the State budget is based on the summary report of the amount charged for customers according to the syntax mentioned above in promotion duration.

– For First Prize and Second Prize:

• • At the awarding time as appointed with the customer in the locality where the customer lives/ works, the customer is required to present a valid ID card and scratching card to the staff of the prize carrier of Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd. to check, compare and sign the minutes of confirmation of prize, the minutes of awarding with full information: Full name, ID card number, address, contact phone number. If:

• • • The operators of directory enquiries cannot contact the phone number of winner that the customer used to message to the directory enquiries, or 
    • Customers no longer hold original scratching card for comparison.

Prizes will be considered as no winner can be awarded. The Organizing Committee will determine the value of prizes without winners for the First Prize and Second Prize to pay to the State Budget according to current law.

• • The deadline for the winner to receive the prize is 45 (forty-five) days from the end of the promotion.

Acecook Vietnam JSC will pay the irregular personal income tax for winners (if any). Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd will carry out procedures for paying personal income tax of winners (if any) on behalf of Acecook Vietnam JSC.

9. Regulations on clues to answer questions related to the promotional program:

For questions related to this program, customers please contact the hotline 1900 6368 40 for instructions and answers (VND 1,000/ minute). Directory enquiries 1900 6368 40 operates from 7:00 to 19:00 every day (including holidays, Saturdays and Sundays) from 30/12/2019 to 12/05/2020.

10. Responsibilities in announcing the information:

• Acecook Vietnam JSC notifies the promotional program on our website http://www.acecookvietnam.vn, newspapers and agents, distributers of promoted products specified in Clause 2 of this regulation all over the country. Information about the program will be printed on products’ packages.
• Acecook Vietnam JSC is responsible for notifying the results to the winners and awarding, at the same time, announcing these results on the website http://www.acecookvietnam.vn. 
• – Acecook Vietnam JSC is responsible for daily updating and announcing the results of Prize III, the number of valid messages sent to the directory enquiries, and the remaining number of Prize III on the website http: // www. acecookvietnam.vn

11. Other regulations:

• • Inspire Vietnam Co., Ltd is responsible for the preciseness of the scratching cards’ codes.
  • Acecook Vietnam JSC is responsible for the preciseness of proves in indicating the winners and in managing the putting of proves in indicating the winners into the promoted products. 
  • The organization of promotional program must ensure fairness and clearness, objectiveness.  If it is agreed by the winners, Acecook Vietnam JSC shall use his/her images for advertising purpose.
  • In any case of conflicts during the time of this promotional program, Acecook Vietnam JSC is responsible for directly resolving the problems, if conflicts cannot be negotiated between parties, laws will be applied.

• For the prizes that are not received by the winners, Acecook Vietnam JSC is in charge of contributing 50% worth of the announced prizes to the State Budget in cash according to regulations specified in Clause 4, Article 96 of Commercial Law.
