On June 3rd 2016, General Director Kajiwara Junichi – Acecook Vietnam JSC was honored to be praised in the program “Accompanying the businesses” in 2016 organized by the Union of Export Processing Zones – Industrial Zones of the city.
The program was to praise the General Directors, Managers of the companies working and doing business in the Export Processing Zones – Industrial Zones of the city, which have good regime for taking care of physical and spiritual lives for their staffs, making important contribution to building harmonic – stable – progressive labor relations among the businesses in the year 2015.
Mr. Kajiwara Junichi – General Director of Acecook Vietnam JSC, shared after receiving the medal from the program: “Acecook Vietnam is the common home of more than 5,000 officers and workers (staffs), currently working in the whole network of 07 branches and 10 factories of the company. Average employee seniority of the company is more than 05 years, and some brothers and sisters have attached to the company since the first day of establishment until now for more than 20 years. With the constructive viewpoint to regard the company as common home, we are always trying to make happy relations, friendship, joy and laughter in that home. Therefore, not only taking care of the physical and spiritual lives of each member, implementing a fair, objective, transparent bonus scheme, but the company also focuses on listening to and respecting the proposals of the staffs. Annual labor seminars are also an opportunity for the leading committee to transmit the company’s course of operation, and at the same time to listen to the opinions, thoughts, aspirations from the labors from which there will be reformation, changes in the staff management work, labor team development and improvement of happy values in the company.”
