On November 05th 2019, to thank consumers, Acecook Vietnam shall officially launch a promotion program for all consumers who love De Nhat instant noodles, Hang Nga instant noodles, Nhip Song instant noodles, Phu Huong instant noodles.
REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTION PROGRAM
1. Name of Program “GOLD RECEIVE WITH MY TAM”
2. Promotion products:
- De Nhat Pho instant noodle with beef flavor;
- De Nhat Pho instant noodle with chicken flavor;
- Hang Nga instant noodle with pork leg flavor;
- Nhip Song instant noodle with pork ribs flavor;
- Nhip Song instant noodle with beef stew flavor;
- Nhip Song instant noodle with Nam Vang noodle flavor;
- Phu Huong instant noodle with pork ribs flavor;
- Phu Huong instant noodle with minced pork flavor;
- Phu Huong instant noodle with Thai hot pot flavor; and
- Phu Huong instant noodle with crab sauce flavor.
3. Promotion time: From 07:00 on November 05th 2018 – 19:00 on February 02nd 2019

a) The value of the prize I, II includes value added tax (VAT).
b) Total value of the prize in promotion program (including VAT) is: 4,622,000,000 VND (in words: four billion, six hundred and twenty two million dong only)
c) Total value of the prize per value of promotional products is approximate 2,76 %.
d) The prizes cannot be converted into cash.
e) Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company commits to award the right prize in Column “Contents of the Prize” and value of the above prizes is accurate based on the input invoices for purchases of the prizes.
f) One customer can win more prizes and no limit number of prize for one customer.

7. How to put scratch cards in the promotional products
Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will put pre-printed scratch card in the promotional products and allocate the prizes through the country.
8. How to participate in the program
When one customer buys one promotional product, he will have an opportunity to win the prize if have one scratch card in the promotional products. Customer receiving winning card in the promotional product certainly win one mobile scratch card for Mobifone, Viettel, Vinaphone, Vietnamobile or Gmobile with value of 1,000,000 VND.
Customer who receives scratch card shall text scratch code to the Call Center with required syntax from 07:00 on November 05th 2018 to 19:00 on February 03rd 2019 to have a chance to receive one 9999 gold coil with value of 0.829326 ounce.
9. Regulations on proof of winnings:
a. Valid scratch card is card issued by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Valid scratch card has the specific size: horizontal 4cm x longitudinal 6cm. The scratch card must be intact, not torn, patchup. In the scratch cards, the contents as follow:
- Brand symbol of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company
- Name of promotion program
- Content of the winning message
- Wining code behind the silver-plate scratch
- Promotion period
- Contact information
- Control code
- Note information for keeping scratch card to joint in the lucky draw.
b. Regulations on characters of winning code for winning cards of Mobilephone, Viettel, Vinaphone, Vietnamobile or Gmobile network. There are characters including:
- 01 of 24 characters from a to z;
- 01 of number from 0 to 9;
- Some special characters (Ex: @,#,…)
10. Time, place and method of determining the prize
For the second prize (II): Customer opens package of promotional products to determine the prize:
- Customer who wins the second prize (II): Customer receiving one winning card in promotional products will have one mobile scratch card of Mobifone, Viettel, Vinaphone, Vietnamobile or Gmobile with value of 1,000,000 VND. Winning card shall show the prize that he wins. Customer scratches “SCRATCH AREA” to appear the words: “VỚI MÃ TRÚNG THƯỞNG LÀ XXXXXXXXX”, in which XXXXXXXXX is wining code including 9 characters. Customer uses wining code to send message with required syntax to the Call Center to receive the prize and join in the lucky draw.
- Customer who doesn’t win the second prize (II) shall have no winning card in the promotional products.
For the first prize (I): Customer who wins the second prize (II) send wining code to the Call Center with required syntax and on regulation time shall join in lucky draw for the first prize (I) to have chance to receive one 9999 gold coil with value of 0.829326 ounce, customers keep the winning card to compare with the characters of wining code and the result of lucky draw. With one winning card, customer will have chance to receive one first prize (I).
The lucky draw program shall be made three (03) times. Joining in lucky draw depending on time sending message, specific as follow:

How to do lucky draw: Wining code of customers who win the second prize (II) shall be collected on one digital software. Representative of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall randomly click on the software to select the winner.
Participants in lucky draw: representative of the provincial department of Industry and Trade where taking place of lucky draw, representative of B.I.C Brand Care Company Limited and representative of consumers. Place of lucky draw: Acecook Vietnam’s office at Lot II-2, road 11, Industrial group II, Tan Binh Industrial Zone, Tay Tanh ward, Tan Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh city.
Right after having lucky draw result, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall announce the wining result and directly notice to the winner through the registered phone number that customer used to receive the prepaid mobile card. Customer who is eligible to participate in the lucky draw, if he does not win, he will continue to participate in next lucky draw, until end of the 3rd time.
11. Notification of wining the prize
For the second prize (II): Customer who wins the second prize (II) shall notice his winning by texting the scratch card code to the Call Center with the required syntax from 07:00 on November 05th 2018 to 19:00 on February 03rd 2019.
For the first prize (I): right after having the lucky draw result, the Call Center of the program shall contact (call, or send sms) to notice the winners to confirm the scratch card and make appointment to award the prize in place where the winner lives/works.
12. Time, place, method and procedure of awarding the prize
For the second prize (II): After receiving the winning card in the promotional product, scratch the silver-plate customer shall receive 1,000,000 VND prepaid card. Customer uses the winning code to send message to the Call Center with the required syntax to receive the prize and joint in lucky draw program, specifically as follow:
- To use the prize as prepaid card, customer sends message with syntax “ACECOOKGAO [blank]
and send to 8079 (500 VND/message). - After customer texts the correct syntax, you will receive a response “Chuc mung quy khach da co them co hoi tham gia chuong trinh Quay so trung thuong voi giai thuong la 01 Dong tien heo vang tri gia 01 luong vang 9999. Quy khach vui long giu lai Tem trung thuong va duy tri lien lac de nhan thong tin trung thuong (neu may man)”. Right after, customer shall be directly charged full value of the corresponding prize on your subscription (apply for both prepaid and postpaid subscriber).
- After customer receives the prize on your subscription (apply for both prepaid and postpaid subscriber), you will receive one more message “Quy khach da duoc nap 1.000.000 đong vao thue bao nay. So dien thoai nay cua Quy khach duoc xac nhan tham gia chuong trinh Quay so trung thuong voi giai thuong la 1 Dong tien heo vang tri gia 01 luong vang 9999. Quy khach vui long giu lai Tem trung thuong va duy tri lien lac de nhan thong tin trung thuong (neu may man)”.
- If you send wrong winning code or syntax, you will receive one response as “Cu phap quy khach vua gui khong chinh xac, vui long nhap lai lan nua theo cu phap chinh xac: ““ACECOOKGAO [khoảng trống]
” gui 8079”. - In case the limit time for receipt of winning information has expired, the new message will be sent to the subscriber with contents: “Rat tiec! Thoi han tham gia chuong trinh khuyen mai da ket thuc vao luc 19:00 ngày 02/02/2019, cam on quy khach da ung ho chuong trinh”.
- Customer is only rewarded when directly scratch winning ticket and send message to the Call Center with syntax from 07:00 on November 05th 2018 to 19:00 February 03nd 2019. In case the winning ticket is torn, cannot see winning code (customer’s fault when scratching), Customer will not receive the prize. After above time, all winning tickets not scratched and sent wining code following the required syntax shall be invalid.
- Determining the total value of non-winning prizes based on scratch card to pay on the state budget by cash based on the report of summarizing total value paid to customers under above syntax during promotion program. The summary report shall be confirmed by Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company and Elcomplus Joint Stock Company (in charge of No. 8079) as well as a base to determine the list of customers participating in lucky draw program for each lucky draw time as below.
– For the first prize:
- At time of awarding the prize for customers in the locality where customers live/work, customers shall submit their valid identification card and winning ticket to the staffs of B.C.I Brand Care Company Limited to check, compare and sign in the minute confirming the winner, minute of handing over the award, provide full information: Full name, ID Number, address, contacting number. If:
- Call Center cannot call the winning phone number which customer declared to receive a prepaid phone card, or:
- Customer no longer keeps the original winning ticket for comprising.
- The prize shall be considered as no winner. The organizer shall determine the value of non-winning prizes, the first prizes to pay to the State budget under regulations of applicable laws.
- The deadline for winning customers to receive the prize is forty five (45) days since the date of expiring the promotion program.
Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for paying irregular personal income tax on behalf of winners (if any).
13. Deadline of awarding the prizes
The deadline which Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company is responsible for awarding the prizes for the winners is forty five (45) days since the date of expiring the promotion program.
14. Regulations on questions and answers relating to the promotion program
All questions relating to this promotion program, please contact us with hotline of the program 19001019 for guidance, answers (1,000 VND/min). Call Center 19001019 works from 7:00 to 19:00 every day (including Saturday and Sunday), starting from November 05th 2018 to March 19th 2019.
15. Responsibility of announcement:
- Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall announce the promotion program on website http://www.acecookvietnam.vn, newspaper and all agents and distributors of the products specified in Section 2 of this regulation through the country.
- Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for announcing the result to the winners and pay the prizes.
16. Other regulations:
- Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall be full responsible for the management of placing proof of winning prizes into promotional products, the accuracy of proof of winnings.
- The organization of promotion program shall ensure the fairness, transparency, objectiveness. If the winning customers agree, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company will use name and image of winning customers for commercial advertising purposes.
- In case of any dispute arising relating to this promotion program, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for directly resolve, if fails, this dispute shall be resolved under the law regulations.
- For non-winning products, Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for paying 50% of declared value of the products to the state budget by cash under regulations in Clause 4, Article 96 of the Commercial Law.
